To maintain the freshness and the quality of our dishes we do not overcook them. Our ingredients are cooked in a brief and rapid method, in order to capture the genuine unadulterated flavours of the fare. The confirmation of this is demonstrated in the care and attention paid to every dish which leaves our kitchen.
With every month in every season, brings with it a new ingredient. Certain produce is in season for a mere few weeks only to disappear and be replaced with another product of Mpther Nature. Therefore our menu changes with the seasons.
